safety concern

The hotel staff went above and beyond to

make our stay special, even surprising us with a birthday cake for my son. However, we did encounter some safety concerns with the stairs in our upgraded room. Overall, a very memorable experience.

Just a decent option for a whistle-stop in Venice with very good value for money. Breakfast was nice, especially the coffee. Consider getting a water taxi for convenience.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect, just a short stroll along the canal, where we enjoyed a lovely boat trip under the stunning Rialto Bridge. The staff were incredibly accommodating, even with our service dog, making us feel right at home.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if the breakfast had more kid-friendly options for our children.
